COLE DAVIS

Often considered the most versatile upright bass player of his generation, bassist Cole Davis has created a new sound in the rich history of the upright bass. As the bass player in the indie rock band Lambchop, his bass lines have been described by NPR as “the way your heart feels after surviving some surefire catastrophe.” He has recorded and collaborated with Bon Iver, Dua Saleh, Gayngs, CARM, Julian Lage, and Swamp Dogg among many others. He holds two degrees from The Juilliard School, and became the youngest person ever to hold an Artist Diploma from Juilliard in 2021. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
